Usage

Oil lamps can be used as a source of light. They will burn for 2,000 in-game hours by default. Blue steel lamps filled with lava will burn infinitely.

They can be filled with any liquid, but not all liquids will work as fuel. Olive oil is a valid fuel for all lamps. Lava is only a valid fuel for blue steel lamps.

Oil lamps can be extinguished by right clicking them. This will preserve fuel. Right clicking again relights the lamp.

Configuration

Value
Description
oilLampFuelMult 8
This determines how much fuel is used over time from oil lamps. Setting this higher will make fuel last longer. A mult of 1 = 250 hours, 4 = 1000 hours, 8 = 2000 hours. [range: 1 ~ 50]
